• SS# card (or pay stub/tax document to verify the number)

Food

• Photo ID

• SS# along with plus social security numbers for all in the family

Clothing

• Photo ID

• SS# requested, but not required

Rent/Mortgage

• Photo ID

• SS#

• Late or eviction notice including amount due plus late fees with landlord’s name and phone number

• W-9 completed by landlord

Utilities

• ID

• SS#

• Bring bill with disconnect date within five days
