Pray Earnestly
The simplest way you can get involved at ABCCM is to pray with and for us. We cannot accomplish what we do here apart from God’s help. Please join us in prayer!Crisis Ministry
- Pray for seasonable weather! Easter and Spring usher in new life, and with that new possibilities.
- We pray that Buncombe County residents are able to be the best versions of themselves that they can.
- We ask God to call his people to serve through volunteering, donating, and praying for ABCCM.
- Pray that our volunteers are able to help people attain the highest level of self-sufficiency that is possible.
Medical Ministry
- Pray for safety as we serve those who may not feel safe in their surroundings.
- Pray for those who need healthcare in their own community may always have access to it.
Jail Ministry
- Pray for volunteers and chaplains to have wisdom, knowledge of resources, and godly counsel in order to better equip individuals to make healthier life choices.
- Pray for the Christian community to have specific strategies for assisting those who have the barrier of a criminal background when applying for employment, housing, and transportation.
Transformation Village
- Please pray for the Bible studies here at Transformation Village. We want to equip our women with the word of God and show them how it is relevant to their lives. Pray for the leaders to know what to share and specifically pray that our ladies will choose to attend.
- Pray for volunteers who are working to expand our life-skills curriculum to equip all residents of Transformation Village with the skills to achieve their goals and greater potential. Even now we want to lift those lives up in prayer.
- Pray for the spiritual development of the Steadfast House residents. Pray that they will come to have a personal relationship with Jesus.
- Ask the Lord for favor on the ladies as they find employment and look for safe, affordable housing.
- Pray for patience for our moms to love their children well even in the midst of stressful situations.
Veterans Restoration Quarters
- Please pray that God would equip our Veterans with whatever they need to be healthy spiritually, physically, and emotionally, as they transition from homelessness to hopefulness. Pray that God would continue to transform and bless each life touched by the VRQ and by ABCCM in a meaningful way.
Veterans Services Of The Carolinas
- Pray for formerly homeless Veterans starting new careers and new, transformed lives in their community.
Special Events
- Thank God for the joy He brought to those in attendance at the Golf Tournament and to those we served through this event
- Pray for our team to be better hearers of God’s wisdom expressed through the life stories, lived expertise, and opinions of those we serve, so that the purpose, process, execution, and outcomes of our special events will be shaped accordingly.
